This menu is available for in-room dining Monday thru Sunday

from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.


Starters and Soups

Sonoma Onion Soup with housemade croutons and Gruyère cheese

Baked Escargot in roasted creminimmushroom caps with a basil, roasted garlic and pistachio butter

Salads

Local Lettuces Salad with roasted winter beets, candied walnuts, and a Meyer lemon-tarragon vinaigrette

Hearts of Romaine Salad with Caesar dressing, dry jack and grilled prawns wrapped in prosciutto

Warmed Red Cabage Salad with Applewood smoked bacon, Laurel Chenel goat cheese and a red wine vinaigrette


Main Courses

Curried Sweet Potato Raviolis with apple chutney, sauteed mushrooms and a chestnut cream

Bucatini Pasta with smoked tomato and eggplant sauce, topped with chicken-parmesan meatballs and dry jack cheese

Grilled and Roasted Local Chicken with herb gnocchi, butter braised spinach and wild mushroom jus

Grilled Filet of Beef with an asparagus, roasted garlic and Meyer lemon risotto and truffle oil vinaigrette

Braised C.K. Lamb Shank with saffron risotto, broccoli and pancetta

The "Original Blue" Burger 8 oz chuck with Applewood bacon, Point Reyes blue cheese, grilled red onions and wedge cut fries
