At John Ash & Co. you will find a wine list that has been honored with the Wine Spectator " Best of Award of Excellence" for its many fine wines and a cellar of distinguished breadth and depth.
A wide variety of style and price, these carefully selected wines enhance Chef Jeffrey Madura's wine country cuisine.
Each night the Wine Director or Steward can assist you in choosing the right wine for you from our outstanding wine cellar, a collection of 600 selections that include many half bottles and large format bottles.
