e rely extensively on neighboring purveyors for our fresh salad greens and vegetables; however, we came to the conclusion several years ago that a large garden of our own, virtually right outside the kitchen door, would compliment our philosophies on "only the freshest of ingredients" ...and it's proven to be a wonderful addition to John Ash & Co.
